3.2 Benchmark Improvement (Aggregated Data)
We aggregate and anonymize campaign data across all users to improve outcome valuations, refine ratio recommendations, and enhance the Oracle Database. This aggregated data:
- Does NOT identify individual users or campaigns
- Is segmented by geography and category for relevant benchmarks
- Helps provide market-rate valuations for creative outcomes
- Powers the "Creative CPM recommended rates" feature
3.3 Communications
We may use your email to send:
- Service updates and feature announcements
- Subscription and billing notifications

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
4.1 Your Campaign Reports
We DO NOT share your specific campaign reports, costs, or identifiable data with third parties unless:

- Necessary to protect Creative CPM's rights or safety
4.2 Aggregated Benchmarks
Anonymized, aggregated benchmark data may be shared to demonstrate the value of the Creative CPM methodology, but never in a way that identifies individual users or campaigns.
